I had 4 companies come to give me estimates for a new air conditioner installation. Some were less expensive but Tai sold me on this company. He is honest, considerate, and knowledgeable. The company has an outstanding service reputation which helped as well. On the day of installation Advanced Home Services sent the best to do my installation. I am so happy with my new air conditioner but more than anything I'm especially happy that we used Advanced Home Services. Thank you Tai for a difficult job well done!

When we had our annual checkup of our heating system, Shawn was very thorough and found a couple of potential problems. He called Greg to discuss our options. We decided to change the whole heating and air conditioning system. Miguel and Cade came to do the installation. We were totally satisfied with the work and very pleased with the efficient, courteous, and friendly manner of all four men. We are happy to recommend the whole Advanced Home Services team.

Thank you Advanced Home Services and Gregg Phillips for the quality home inspection on our pre purchase of our new home. I would recommend Advanced Home Services for a complete sewer and HVAC inspection to any home buyer. They saved us a lot of money on our home purchase by pointing out costly issues that would affect us in the future. Gregg did an outstanding job explaining to us what issues needed to be fixed/replaced and what it could mean if not addressed.

The Whole experience this far has been GREAT! After we set our appointment we got a follow up call that night to confirm, from there they let us know that our TEC Shawn would be out in such time frame. Once Shawn Arrived he was friendly and kind and even introduced himself. Shawn really took the time to explain to me and my husband while he was via phone. Shawn had to call in his supervisor due to the job turning into more then expected and made the call to Gregg and got us a time frame, from there Gregg explained all our options and worked quickly and efficiently to get us taken care of.

When Robert C came for a routine check found a leak under my kitchen sink. He discovered the main source of the problem and had the time to fix it right away before it became worse. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond what was required. He was very friendly and so helpful and did a fantastic job.

Called Advanced Home Services to schedule a routine furnace cleaning. Stewart did a great job and even tagged all our gas and water line so we would know which lines to shut off in case of an emergency. He was very friendly and helpful. I will be calling these guys for any future plumbing and heating issues that may pop up.

I have never encounter someone like Shawn H. He was here for hours at a very low price. Not only was he thorough he was so kind and very considerate. He did an amazing job keeping me informed and I would hire him again if needed... Shawn you are wonderfully amazing. Thank you so much for your time!
